Our guards and supervisors get basic training based on following modules as per PSARA guidelines:

- Security Drill Procedures
- Uniform, grooming, Hygiene and personality development
- Communication and reporting.
- First Aid
- General Frisking
- Fire Fighting
- Use of hand held metal detectors
- Access Control
- Material Entry and Exit
- Perimeter Security
- Emergency Response
- Entry in Registers
- Visitor and Vendor Management at Gates.
ARC continues to provide On the Job training as per the agreed schedule and training calendar prepared in consultation with client and is site specific.
ARC provides security guards, lady guards, supervisors, computer operator for visitor and material management, receptions guards or supervisors, CCTV Control room operators, Ex-Servicemen Armed Guards, Assistant Security Officer and Security Officers. We provide and both civilian and Ex- Servicemen depending on the requirements.
ARC is fully compliant and transfers wages through bank account only on time. Supporting documents are provided to client. We are very competitive and has no frill pricing structure.
Our operations are based on SLA/ SOP and site and post instructions are prepared in consultation with client. Each security personnel is trained through OJT on these SOP’s.
